Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
Shipping Within the UAE
We offer standard delivery across all Emirates.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Orders above AED 100 may qualify for free shipping (subject to promotional offers).
For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of AED20 will be applied.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to selected international destinations.
Delivery timelines vary between 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the destination country.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two (2) delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be canceled, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery at +971565765226 (WhatsApp).
